My CH is only making noise. Help!

I was using for the first time and downloaded the program on the computer. When I connected the CH on the computer and just kept sending beeps (4 times) and does not turn on lights. The cables are correctly.

Help me please. It is the first time I'm using!

Hi,
we have a general way to solve problem yourself.
Firstly, note two things while facing a probem:
1. status of Cross Hair LOGO (color / stable or breathing)
2. times of the beep in one cycle

you can find the reason of your problem and the solution to solve it.

Your problem, 4 beeps and no light, means a "Boot Error",
you need to repaid the firmare by following
"4.2 Repair firmware in REPAIR MODE" in "CrossHair-UserManual-V4.0.pdf"
