My CH is just beeping!!!!!

Hi, I just got my CH.
 After setting everything from pc,
I put ds4, kb, and mouse and plug into ps4.
It beeps with flashing three colors over and over and turns white.
However, my kb and mouse don't work at all.
I've done everything I could but it keeps beeping.
Tried switching kb with other one and switched cables too.
I need help. I've spent 3 hours figuring out with no results...

If you got a white stable LOGO without beeps, it means Cross Hair does not find your controller.
So please try a new and qualified USB cable to connect you controller to Cross Hair.

If you got beeps all the time, please kindly read the following topic carefully.
It tells you the reason and the solution.

This time, I thought my kb and mouse are the cause so I switched the profile to
3rd party controller to use my wired x-box 360 controller.
When I plug the CH into my ps4, it still beeps twice with three different colors flashing.
About 4~5 times beeping, it turns white with no beep.

Tried the factory restore and everything.
Now I'm getting angry.

I even tried with three different cables but no good.
Please, I really need help.
What more do I have to try?
Worst scenario is, that mine is defect. The problem is I ordered this overseas. I currently living in Korea.
I had to make a choice between XIM4 and reasnow. This is really annoying.
I need a real solution please.

we do not think your problem is caused by your KB or MS.

It's the connection betwen your PS4 controller and Cross Hair USB PORT1, which is the source of your trouble.

Please connect only one mouse to USB PORT 1 of Cross Hair,nothing more,  and then connect Cross Hair to your PS4.
And tell us what you get.

Please do pay attention to beep times and the color of Cross Hair's LOGO,
which are very important for us to make a correct judgement.

I bought a new micro 5 pin cable. Let's see what happens.

Problem solved!

It was the mini 5pin usb cable causing the problem.
My old cables worked fine with other devices but it seems CH is kinda sensitive to the
cable connection.
Played overwatch with it but I have to say that it is a bit different experience from PC.

I use a mouse with 16200 dpi setting and 1000 polling.
Aim got much better but the movement feels a bit floating.

Glad to know you have solved it!

And yes, game on console are different from the same game on PC.
It's designed for controlling by controller.

You will feel that.

Converters are trying to reduce that difference as far as possible.
