WHY MY MOUSE NOT WORK??

Hello , I have a mouse Razer Deathadder and when I enter the Overwatch game ( ps4 ) it works when it is turned on for four seconds and it stops working , I'm very angry about it because it is the only mouse that I have and I will not buy another just to work on ps4 , please help me !!!

Please provide more details concerning your problem, such as the LOGO status of Cross Hair,
beeping indication, color of your PS4 controller's LED indicator while you are using it.

When I plug the mouse logo is light green and it works for exactly 4 seconds and only some of beep when the mouse is unplugged , the keyboard works fine but the problem is being only with the mouse.

Please try the following methods.

1.Are the buttons on your mouse working or nor?
2.Replug your mouse into cross hair, when it is powered on.
3.Firstly, connect controller (USB PORT1) and keyboard and mouse (USB PORT2-3) to Cross Hair,then connect Cross Hair to console.
4.Plug mouse into another usb port of cross hair, which is used for keyboard before
5.Use mouse without keyboard to see whether it is working or not.

2. Set Horizontal sensitivity and Vertical sensitivity = 100% in your game on console.

1. tell me the color of your Cross Hair's LOGO , is it breathing or not?
2. try left and right buttons on your mouse in a game to see if the buttons are working or not.
3. download the pdf in the topic below, and follow the instructions carefully, which will
tell you how to set your mouse in a right way.
