From what I been reading on the forum, I'm getting the impression that if the games are not listed in the official list, it will function in Legacy mode only. So if I buy a Cross Hair and updated to the latest firmware, my G27 will just run like a regular controller. Not that I care about the H-pattern shifter, but I would like to enjoy better FFB.

yes, if your games are not listed, it will works only in legacy mode as a controller.

we suggest you could try NFS's config for your FORZA 2/3 on XB360 console.

and surely legacy mode games are not as good as the expert mode ones.
but we have brought an enhanced version of legacy mode,
it will be much better than our previous one.
