Problem of binding the buttons

I'm using x1 controller on ps4 console.
For I planed to bind the touchpad button to the view button on X1 controller,
but when I got into the config mode, and bound the two buttons,
I found the function of view button was still bound to "share".

Hi , your obstacle is due to that cross hair can support N:1 key binding, which means you can bind multiple buttons on the original controller to one button on the third-party controller.
What you have done is adding touchpad key to view button, but you do not clear the default share button function.

What shall i do then?

1: We suggest that you use the Manager software to set the share button's binding
to NONE, and then connect it to console, and enter into config mode as you know,
and bind the touchpad button to view button of X1 controller.

2: We plan to make things a bit simple for all. There will be a upgrade of firmware,
we will set 1:1 mapping as default to save time for most of the users.
