can't make a fast turning around

I'm playing the last of us on playstation 4.
can't make a fast turning around in this game.
feels the mouse is not working well with this game,
on the contrary,i am playing very well in bf4.

I'm not a new guy with this converter, think it's not my usage which causes the problem.
