RGB Flashing Error

Hello,

I cannot get my Reasnow S1 past the RGB cycle anymore. It did work for a short while yesterday so I think that means my gear is compatible.
The keyboard is a custom keyboard however and is not listed on the known working. And I have a razer ballistic X mouse.

Even with these not plugged in it does it. I have used 2 genuine PS4 controllers and multiple cables and it just always throws an error.
Someone please help x

3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
