My crossHair don't work

Hi i have a big problem with my cross hair, when i was in upgrade firmware my cross hair turn off and now when i try to connect with my pc it doesn't work, the light does not turn on and makes the 3 beeps endlessly. i tryed to press the restart button but don't work. any solution?

I tryed all solutions but don't work 😞, if I press the button of repair mode it did nothing, is there another solution?

My pc no longer recognizes it as a connected device. The only thing it does are 3 beeps

4. When did you purchase this Cross Hair?
Does it ever work properly?
5. Can Cross Hair work properly on PC or other consoles?
6. Please provide some specific description of your trouble
7. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LOGO on Cross Hair when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
8. Which peripherals are connected to Cross Hair? please provide the specific model and producer.
9. Do you see any indication on the screen of your console during the trouble?
10. Can you guess what has caused your trouble? If you don't know, please just skip this question.
11. which config has been activated in Cross Hair when you are facing this trouble?
12. a video to show us your trouble will be better

1. My cross hair is the 1.76.
2. version 4.516.
3. my console is Ps4 pro and games are black ops cold war and modern warfare.
4. if i remember since 2-3 years and yes before I updated it to version 4.516 it worked fine.
5. no now it is not recognized by the pc, if I try to press the reset button nothing happens. the cross hair after the failed update does not even present the colors anymore, it only makes 3 beeps indefinitely.
6. practically after the failure due to the update , my viewfinder no longer has any light, emits only 3 beeps to infinity and does not recognize any connected device (mouse and keyboard) and is not recognized by either the play station or the PC.
7. no color, it was green before the update and after the failure of update it no longer has any color.
8. mouse is logitech g pro x superlight and keyboard is logitech g910.
9. no, it is no longer recognized, it no longer even powers the usb sockets.
10. I almost certainly believe the update failed.
11. I honestly don't remember exactly.

seemingly this issue is caused by overcurrent,
here some tips for you:
1. try some other USB ports on your PC or some other PC if possible
2. replace the USB cable which is used to connect Cross Hair to your PC
3. can this Cross Hair work properly on PS4?

if all these fail to help,
please send a video to show us all your details and procedures.

the play station no longer recognizes it, it only makes 3 beeps but it is not recognized as a device connected to the USB port, so much so that if I connect the mouse and keyboard it still does not work

I got the solution for crosshair dont work: it happens the same for son?s device.... but i could fix it.

Follow the next procedure:
Take your crosshair and keep reset button pressed and while pressing the button, later conect the USB cable that it?s conected to your computer, and in few second the crosshair will start to turn on and the Manager Software will recognize immediately.
Later you can upgrade the firmaware. After this your device will work again without any problem.
