Fix w+a not running on inverted stick
« on: November 28, 2022, 12:24:04 PM »
So yeah as title says:
I tryed doing the south paw loot method like i was doing on my xim to prevent using an auxilary and i realise that either  w+d  or w+a  i apologize i am not in front of my pc to test which of the 2 is faulty but even on auto sprint  it will just Walk instead of running when setting  w a s d on right stick and mouse on left stick.  I doubt it could be a hardware problem? Anyway let me know if this can be fixed because i really hate looting wit an auxilary it makes it really inconsistent for me.

do you have similar issues while using a right-handed layout?

Please provide the following details so our support can be more efficient.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
5. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
6. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

also to clarify because i just tested it again:  while holding W+D ( when setting wasd on right stick ) my caracter start walking NORTH - EAST direction
and when i hold W+A my character start sprinting NORTH - WEST.

1) V1.5.8(64bit) firmware: 5.6.16  Hardware : 1.9.7
2) on my pc using the : boot mode (no controller) Ps4(PC) - apex legends
3) i purchased / received this reasnow s1 the 22 October 2022 at Amazon.ca the seller was Shop4funCA
4)razer ornata chroma model: rz03-0204  gaming keyboard
5) so this question made me try more option and realised that  Apex legends AA config does the W+D problem   while Apex legends config works properly
6) i have no clue how to do this and doubt it helps since its pretty basic problem to understand  the character walk instead of running when holding down W+D key when assigning those key to right stick in the manager on the apex legends AA config and setting the apex legends controller stick layout to south paw.

thank you for taking the time to look at this issue !

Apex legends(AA) and Apex Legends are different configs,
there are different recommended in-game settings,
please restore and change them as shown in the popped-up window while adding the config.

My settings are actualy optimised for apex legends AA  but for the purpose of testing i decided to try the original apex legends config to realise that W+D works properly (run) and when running the Apex legends AA  my  w+d  walks insteand of running when binding it to rightstick and settings my stick layout to southpaw

We failed to reproduce the same issue.
Please provide the following details so our support can be more efficient.
A.Open the IO monitor and send the screen recording video of pressing W+A with config Apex legends(AA) and Apex Legends
B.A Video clip in the game when doing things at A
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.
