Mouse is jumpy, skipping pixels,

 it is as if the dpi isnt matched up in the app and the mouse, although I cant find an option in the app to change dpi, I am playing rainbow six siege using the default config found in app, please help me, I am using the omen vector mouse, wired.

will need "OMEN Gaming Hub" to change your mouse dpi and USB report rate.
or just use the dpi button on your mouse.

Yes I have it, I have my dpi settings as 16k and 5.6k, different profiles. Refresh rate 1000hz.
My issue is I don't know what it should be for best efficiency, my mouse jumps over pixels that it should be directly on, small movements arent responsive hardly, etc.

1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc. 
   it's better to restore all settings in game and change the settings as shown in our APP, and try it again with a default game config.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

The best thing you can do for me in my opinion is tell me how to change the dpi in the app rather the mouse. As that is the stem of all of my troubles.

I know how to change it in the mouse itself, I have, that is not the problem. Other adapters have the capability to change the dpi in the adapter manager itself, does the reasnow have this ability?

adapters can only change their own sensitivities(a multiplier of the DPI),
I do not think there is one adapter that can change a mouse's dpi.
