keyboard issue after connecting

Hello There.
I expiercing the following issues.
Tried to use keyboard Logitech k120 (mentioned in list) r1 stop working and blue light with one beep appears.
Mouse a4 p93 working good (whithout keyboard connected). I have got 3 differnet USB cords (Original ps4, Original r1, my own). By the way 2 differnet mouse connected to r1 working good at the same time. Reconnection doesnt help. I try to use 3 diff keyboard, latest without led. R1 working only 1 minute. Whithout keyboard, everything is working. Any advices?

1. restore ReaSnow S1 with our flash tool, then add a new config. it might help
2. will you face the same issue with those 3 different keyboards?
    please provide the specific model and producer.
3. a video to show us your wiring procedure and the trouble will be better

1. What config are you talking about? Several times I restored to defaults, didn?t help. 5.4.45 last app update.
2. Logitech k120 and 2 not mentioned in your list keyboards.

I didn?t understand only I thing. Why 2 mouse working at the same time. But keyboard doesn?t .

1. do you mean that you tried 3 keyboards, all can't work with S1?
2. please connect our APP to this S1, and then send us a screenshot of the HOME page of our APP while I/O monitor is enabled.
