IOS App is KO

Hello

I received my S1.
The IOS app is not even starting on my phone.
I use IOs 10 on an iphone SE.
According to the forum the app has been KO for weeks and nothing happens.
Is there any way to avoid phone app manager configuration to get started ?
I would like to plug a G29 racing wheel from logitech to an XBOX One.
Is there any pc based configuration tool for the S1 ?

I there any hope or do I just return the device and forget about this solution forever ?
As of today this is just a dead end.

Hey,

so I have got the same problem, but on android with my Samsung galaxy J6+ (Android Version 10). When I want to start the App (latest version), it says "your application encounterd a fatal error and cannot continue". Even a re-install doesn't help.
Are there any solutions, if not, I will give my new s1 back.

we just fixed some bugs in our previous release,
