G29 for Wipeout...

Good Morning Richard,
Not having any luck so far with the CrossHair(the original one).
You did mention using the Need For Speed Rivals for a start up config...
The set up here is: PS4 - standard controller - trying to use a G29 to play "Wipeout Omega Collection".
On YouTube, "Griffomedia" seems to have it going ok -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcXwAHtmZxM

1. Cross Hair Manager version, which you can use without trouble.
2. Cross Hair hardware version
3. When did you buy this Cross Hair?
Does it ever work properly?
4. which config has been activated in Cross Hair when you are facing this trouble?
5. a video to show us your trouble will be better
