reasnow crosshair modern warfare

I bought a reasnow crosshair but my keyboard and mouse can't detect me? I connect to the console a beep sounds but keyboard and mouse do not move or even turn on the lights, the keyboard is a dell and the mouse is a logitech g502 spectrum, what would be the fault?

edit...works now my fault is firmare corrupt , repiar with the 1.73 manager  and works now!!in ps4
