Keyboard? HP Omen 1100

Hi,

Before buying ReaSnow S1, I contacted support@ReaSnow.com to make sure if my mouse and keyboard (HP Omen 1100 Gaming Keyboard) are supported or not. The reply was: "Yes, your keyboard and mouse are supported, ...... 99% of the keyboards and mice in the market are supported".

Few hours later I went and bought the product, connected everything and started trying it with my new HP Omen 1100 Gaming Keyboard, it did not work! I tried to use my old Razer keyboard, it worked smoothly.

The reason I bought this product in the first place is to connect my new keyboard with PS4.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 

If you know how to solve this issue please let me know, I paid a lot for the keyboard then this product.

we will looking into this product and get back to you as soon as possible.

BTW, please try add a USB hub between ReaSnow S1 and this Omen 1100,
sometimes it might solve some issues.
and if the USB hub is externally powered, it will be better.

we tested HP OMEN 1100 here,
it works fine with ReaSnow S1!

Do you still have the same trouble by now?
which firmware version are you using?
