WHY IS THIS SO HARD?!

constant beeping. App won't connect to device, just shows the first error code. I have followed the connection as directed, wth do I do now?! why is there not a better tutorial or explanation of this device?! for the $120 I paid this is literally useless. help!

if you got some beeps while using ReaSnow S1,

Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LOGO on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripheral should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
6. Do you see any indication on the screen of your console during the trouble?
7. Can you guess what has caused your trouble? If you don't know, please just skip this question.
8. which config has been activated in Cross Hair when you are facing this trouble?

Ok, so I got the thing to work, but only after I replaced the supplied cable. It was defective. The plastic sheath around the plug fell off and is now just bare metal! I plugged it in and it fell off.

With that said I am enjoying the S1, but would like to know how I can reduce the force feedback on my g29 while using in GTA 5 on ps4. The wheel is so stiff I can barely turn it, and it makes driving almost impossible because it doesn't track very well....

if you are using NFS's config to play GTA5,
please reduce FFB in our config,
just reduce the FFB strength in it.
