Issue with XBOX1X &G920 (Xbox version)

Hi

It seems the Cross Hair does not recognise the G920.

I followed the instruction:

I tried to use it in Game NFS Heat.

1. Connect to PC, update Firmware, select Game Need for Speed (i tested also with other Games), select G29 (G920 not available), start up and save.

2. First of all connect Steering Wheel on the front of Cross Hair then on the side the Original Xbox Controller.
(the controller was already disconnected)

3. Plug in the USB cable to the Xbox.
the Cross Hair starts up without any Error, the color of the logo is correct and the Xbox controller is working fine.
The steering wheel is lightning up and the start up sequence was also done but it doesn't matter what i did with the steering wheel, nothing works. Not one of the Buttons/Pedals are working, so it doesn't work in the xbox menu and in all other racegames as well.

Do you have any idea?

But G920 is supported by Xbox One itself,
why did you add a Cross Hair between them?

currently, G920's support is available for PS4 only.

As mentioned. Need for Speed Heat does not support steering wheel.

I want to use the steering wheel as Legacy mode.

Please let me know the Cross Hair Manager version which you are using.
so we can evaluate it properly.

and we are going to add G920's support for Xbox One(Legacy Mode) later,
it is on the TODO list now.

but you will have to prepare a Bluetooth dongle.

This support will be included in the future version of Flash Tool V5.X.X.
