Cross Hair audio

Hello Richard, I had my S1 but it broke today and I took back my cross hair. So when I use it is normal, but after I take off the cross hair and after i uses m&k attached directly on ps4, and then I put the mnk back to cross hair, the audio won't work anymore for some time

can you state it more specificly?

btw, please check the audio settings on your game console,
it might bring similar trouble.

So, my reasnow works perfectly. But when I try to play fortnite ( I play it without reasnow) and then I connect my reasnow I cant hear anything. I need to wait like 1 hours before the audio comes back

Il try to explain as simple as possible becouse emy englis in not very good ahah. So I normally use my reasnow to play battlefield 4, and it works perfectly, Audio, macro, settings, all. Then I took off the reasnow I put my m&k into my ps4 for play fortnite (becouse fortnite support m&k). After that I played fortnite, I tried to play battlefield 4 again but when I turn on my reasnow, the audio completely turn off from my headset. My audio settings are perfect becouse I always played very good with no issues. And is not like only 1 game that don't have audio. The whole ps4 stop having audio, and I think is a reasnow problem becouse if I try to use my controller everything is perfect, but when I use my reasnow the audio turn off

seemingly when m&k are connected to PS4,
PS4's audio settings have been changed.
you can try figuring it out by comparing the audio settings.

we will check that too,
