razer deathadder, elite chroma

Hi Richard, I wanted to get a doubt, I have a razer deathadder, elite chroma. I enter the razer synapse and I put the dpi that I want more when I put it in the cross hair. It's not the dpi I put ... and so I'm not able to play precise overwatch. urgent help

we have a deathadder in company,
it can remember the last dpi.
you may try leaving just one dpi in it.

but there are different versions of deathadder,
we are not sure they are the same or not.

as for elite chroma, this keyboard should be compatible with cross hair.

I have the same mouse and no issues to report. Works perfectly!

I think this is Synapse config issue not related to Crosshair, that manager is terrible.
