Joystick Compatibility?
« on: August 26, 2018, 02:33:03 PM »
Does the X-55 Rhino flight sim work with the crosshair. Also an off-topic question but why doesn't the shifter work for Forza Horizon 2? I'm using a Logitech G27 and I have an Xbox One X, is it just not programmed to work or is it something wrong on my end? A friend of mine says the Xbox compatible wheel (G920) lets him use shifter so i may as well go and purchase that instead.

We are not sure X-55 is supported or not,
for it's not a tested one in our list.

Sorry for that.

And for more details of hardware support,

As for the shifter support on X1 consoles,
there are 2 choices for you:
1. expert mode(beta version) support,
in this mode, all features(H shift, clutch, etc) are enabled except the forcefeed back,
but this expert mode support is still a testing version.
your wheel will work as a real wheel, which can be recognized by the console.

2. legacy mode support
shifter can only work as +/- shifter and force feedback is only a simulated one.
your wheel will work as a controller, and it will also be treated as a controller by the console.

For now, G920 is a good choice for X1 consoles.
