fail driving force gt on ps4

I have a steering wheel driving force gt and within 10 minutes of playing stops working .. what can I do?

1. download Cross Hair Manager v1.73.0 from here
http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=25.0

2. read ITEM 30 in our "FAQ-Cross Hair-v1.8.pdf" in the above zip file,
and follow the instructions in it carefully.

possibly, a new and qualified USB cable to connect PS4 controller with cross hair will help you,
if you find no others helpful info in the instructions.
