please try CUSTOM GAME in XBOX ONE for a XBOX360 game,
if any problem, please provide more details of that.

Sorry, but custom game does not work well for many games (it has a ready profile) like bf3, bfbc2 and other backward-facing games.

It would be interesting to be able to use cross-platform profiles on the same console ... similar to competing devices.
