Need help installing Reasnow onto XBOX SERIES S

Hi guys,

I am trying to install the Reasnow onto the XBOX SERIES S, however, despite following the online instructions I am having great difficulty. The app is installed on an android, IOS and laptop device but it will not load up on any of them. Has anyone else had these issues. Does anyone have any advice to help?

Please be specific in describing your problem so that we can provide better assistance. Is the app cannot be installed? Or crashes after running. A video may help describe the issue more clearly.
Please note: When using the Xbox Series controller authentication controller, please unplug the battery.

When following the 'Quickguide' Video when getting to 'Step 3 - Prepare Console and Game', there is no demo for XBox only PS4 and Nintendo Switch. It asks that you change the communication method to use USB cable. Is there an equivalent to this on XBox? I am trying to help my 9 year old son install this and we are both a bit stuck.

The procedure for using ReaSnow S1 on Xbox is similar to that on the PS4 (except without the step of setting it up within the PS4 system).

Пожалуйста, выберите последнюю версию прошивки в программе обновления прошивки, чтобы обновить ее, не скачивая отдельно.

These replies haven't really answered my question. This may be because I was unclear in my original post.
When I'm following the Reasnow S1 Quickguide video, section 3 (prepare console and game) states that when using a PS4, you should change the communication method to "Use USB Cable". I am unable to find a similar option on the Xbox and was wondering if someone could please point me in the right direction.

Ok thanks. However, the crosshair is still not appearing on the XBox. Any ideas why? I feel that I have followed all other steps?
