I hope to update the Bluetooth connection of the third-party controller. My third-party controller cannot map buttons

There's no 3rd party controller detected. Is that right?

That might be an issue with the controller you're using. If this controller is officially licensed or compliant with the standard Xbox controller protocol, it should work properly on the Reasnow S1.
If you need to adapt this controller, please let us know its model number, and if we can acquire a test sample, we will add support for this controller.

Hey Austin,

Can we use the S1 with a wireless controller connected to the side USB? Because what I use right now is a cable connected to the controller in order for it to be detected. I would be interested to know if I could get rid of this cable by buying a dongle and connect it to the S1 device on the side USB.

If this controller is on the supported list and comes with a compatible wireless receiver (such as 1st/2nd gen wireless receiver for Xbox controllers). In that case, it may work properly on S1. However, third-party wireless receivers might not work properly.
