does blue mean it's on or does grey mean its on?

There's no light indicating whether it is on or off. You can see the status from the App.

Thats what it meams because at first sight it looks like grey on and blue off in app status the switch but acctually grey is disabled blue is enabled. That was unclear to me aswell but I've tested amd see that blue swith in app is on
