You can try the following methods to troubleshoot the issue
1. Unplug the batteries on the controller
2. Replace the USB cable between the S1 and the Xbox

1. Open the firmware upgrade tool, then connect ReaSnow S1 to the PC while holding the button. Release the button until the LED indicator is stablegreen. See whether S1 can be detected by the firmware upgrade tool.
2. If S1 can be detected by the firmware upgrade tool, plug S1 directly into the PC(no controller, and the same USB cable used on Xbox), and see if S1 working normally.
Sorry about that, but your issue seems to be related to the USB things.
