ReaSnow App Manager doesn?t work

Hello, I?ve been trying to get the ReaSnow S1 to work but I?m having trouble setting it up. Updating the firmware went well, but somehow the app doesn?t work for me. It connects to the device, but it doesn?t go much further than that and there?s no option to choose a preset game setting as shown in the instruction. It also says that it?s booting and to open the app again later. However, it also said that the device is connected to an XBox360 when really it is connected to a ps4. I can?t set up the device if the app isn?t working properly. Please help. I have the newest version of the app.

Did you plug your PS4 controller into USB1?
If you do that, please unplug and re-plug the usb cable between PS4 and S1, then restart S1.

Ive done everything exactly according to the instructions. Everything is plugged in as instructed. It says to wait for for red flashing LED, but it keeps switching between colors and doesnt stay red. So maybe that means the device isnt ready to be configured with the app, but how do I change that? When connecting the app to the device, theres no option to choose preset game settings whatsoever. Ive tried unplugging it over and over again.

Maybe you need a new usb cable for connect S1 and PS4 controller. The phenomenon on the screen show that S1 didn't detect a controller, and turn into XB360 mode automaticlly.
