Warzone Problem
« on: March 14, 2022, 05:13:32 AM »
Hello, I am a new member to the site.  I have been using the product for a while.  I am satisfied, but I am having some problems.  I'm playing Warzone.  Default warzone profile.  5000dpi 500hz.  Steel Series Aerox 3 mouse.  While firing, sometimes the gun will momentarily aim upwards.  What could this be due to?  How can I fix ?  How to turn off aim assist in the last reasnow profile?  This is especially true for some weapons and some scopes.  For example, it happens a lot with arms 3x in the krig6 weapon.  Aim instantly goes up quickly.

We will need the following details to help you:
1. your console and game
[replied]2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
it's better to restore all settings in game and change the settings as shown in our APP, and try it again with a default game config.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
do you have macros in this config?
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

1. will you face these random movements if you are not firing?
2. will you face these random movements if you are not aiming?
3. try a new config for warzone
4. restore all settings in warzone and then change them as recommended in our APP
5. send us a video or some pictures to show all your settings in warzone

1. No, only when shooting
2. No, only when shooting
3. Every game and configuration has the same problem.
4. I tried everything, the result did not change.
5. I have uploaded the video above. Just a sudden upward acceleration when firing.
I came back after a long time and now I downloaded the latest version. The same problem continues. There is the same problem for cold war, not just warzone. So same problem with different configuration

we checked your video above again,
but found no significant proof of the random movements,
it seems like recoils while firing.

please try firing with your controller,
will you experience the same issue?

ps: restore all settings in your game and then change them as recommended in our APP,
     it might be some help!

This issue only occurs when the anti-kickback macro is enabled. Turning off the macro solves the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPm45YrOoyo The macro was made by looking at this video.

find the "..." button in your anti-recoil macro,
and change the values in it to find suitable ones for your game and weapon.
when you move the mouse while an anti-recoil macro is being activated,
a set of suitable values should be set there.
