fortnite mouse and kybowrd

I would like a preset for keyboard and mouse on the s1 connected to the computer.  for fortnite game.  an updated.

1. run our APP, then change the following settings
settings -> global settings -> Boot Mode(no controller)=PS4
2. plug kb and ms into USB2 and USB3 of S1, then plug S1 into your PC
3. add a config for fortnite with our APP.

I did this but the mouse and keyboard connected to the s1 do not respond.

Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
3. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
4. can you find a "wireless controller" in "Printers and devices" on your PC when S1 is connected to it?
5. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

I have installed the latest versions of APP and firmware.  I already use s1 on PC with keyboard and mouse.  if I leave it in the Controller option: control Xbox 360. It works fine.  but not all game presets appear.  like Fortnite.  Then when I select the controller you asked for.  which is the PS4.  He calls normally.  And it doesn't even make a beep sound.  I choose the game preset.  the color of the game chosen is normal.  however, it doesn't work.  And it does not appear in devices and printers on the computer.  I tried to see if it appeared, but it doesn't.
