Help , need macros for rust

Hi i am tired to build recoil for Ak in Rust , this weapon hard to understand , when i am shooting from ak it goes 3 up and right and then it go left and down , i cant understand how to build recoil for big amouth of directions on 1 recoil.
Maybe some one know about that something?
