ReaSnow s1 mouse problem

I have the ReaSnow s1 and my mouse won’t move to look around like the right analog stick. I can ads and shoot but won’t look around. Please help

No one has ever had this problem? My mouse was working one day with the ReaSnow and now it’s not. I tried different firmwares, settings, everything I can think of but nothing. Anyone has suggestions?

enable I/O monitor on home page in our APP,
you will find some irregular inputs from your controller's right stick.
please force the right stick to its zero position,
or these data will block the mouse moving data.

and you can also increase "Original Controller Deadzone" in "Global Settings" in our APP,
to remove these irregular data from your controller.

then please send a screen video while moving your mouse,
we would like to check all the ins and outs when I/O monitor is activated.

you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.
