We can learn the RPM&RPS of each weapon through the wiki

Like R301  rps=14 rpm=840
then one bullet → 1000ms ? 14 =71.4ms
----------------------------------------------------------
but If you use [71.4ms] to write macro bullet by bullet ,It's not correct.
It takes 90+ms for the test to create the correct macro about R301.

Is there any loss of ms on reasnow？
