New Controllee but I can't use it

I have ordered a new controller which is the xbox one PowerA Spectra infinity and when I plug it into the crosshair it works but It has a very bad delay so it's unusable but when I use it outside of the crosshair it works fine

we are not sure this controller(xbox one PowerA Spectra infinity) is a compatible one or not, since it's not been tested yet.
