What controllers can we use?
 I have like 8 controllers which have all gone broken since after a while the analog sticks seem to not stick anymore so I'm having to buy more controllers...I have a few like Pdp, powerA, powereA Enhanced but mostly don't work with the device? Can we get an update to support these

yes they are correct and video, i cant do at the moment but i can only describe.
When using these controllers with the S1 they do work perfectly fine when plugged into the device, and controller works fine when the xbox one x/s home button(screen) is open but when whenever i have a game open, example Battlefield 4 there is a big big delay in action, sometimes pressing a button wont even do anything at times thats like 99% of the time....
Meaning, games open, i press any button and the controller wont respond to it.....So basically the controller is unusable when in a game but when in the xbox home screen(button in middle, xbox logo) the controller has no issues, so no input lag just felt like a normal controller.

alright great news! asap if possible because at the meantime im playing with a controller with loose analogs so when using a controller its hard to aim as when im aiming my sticks will just move down themselves....controllers are brand new next to me but just dont work with s1...so im waiting for you guys to do something

if your sticks are beginning drifting, it's better to increase the deadzones of them in our APP.
will improve a lot.

show us your movements and the screen at the same time will be better.
