Reasnow S1: Disconnect, Blue Light and Squeak

Good afternoon, I have a problem with Reasnow S1.
During the game on the PlayStation 4, my Reasnow S1 is turned off, it starts to squeak and lights up blue. I reconnected the cable, but after 5-10 minutes the problem returns.
I have a current update and a good USB cable without damage. Help!

The following thing might cause these issues:
1. Human Body ESD
2. bad usb connections between ReaSnow S1 and peripherals which are connected to it
3. incompatible peripherals(gamepad, keybaord, or mouse)

please remove your mouse and keyboard, leave gamepad on ReaSnow S1,
then try your gamepad for a while.

If it works with no warnnings, then please add your mouse or keyboard, one at a time,
and try again.

Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
6. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
7. a video to show us your trouble will be better
