Reasnow CrossHair: Dualsense on XBOXone

Hi! I'm having issues trying to connect a DualSense on my XboxOne through a Reasnow Cross Hair. When I connect it just the left thumbstick works. I also tried to connect a Nacon Revolution and all works perfectly fine when using the pc mode, but when I set the controller on Ps4 mode it gives me the same problem. What can I do? I saw that there's a firmware that you can install for Reasnow S1 but I found nothing for Cross Hair.

this can only be done by "ReaSnow S1", our latest converter.
with it, DualSense can be used on all the supported consoles, PS/XBox/PC/SWITCH.
