problem with crosshair

i reset the crosshair by pressing the button on it. when i plug it into my xbox somehow my mouse is used to move, whenever i move my mouse i move in game and when i press wasd i look around. how on earth can i fix this? im using the default settings on rainbow six siege. this hasnt happened before so im not sure why this is happening. thanks

please try restoring your cross hair to factory defaults,
and add a new preset config.
