Mouse sensor does not work with update

Please help me, I updated, my app for version ReaSnow Manager APP V1.2.54 2 - Flash Tool V5.3.95 and now my mouse sensor doesn't work , when I click with left and right click yes it works but the movements when aiming with mouse does not work help me there everything is normal in the settings that was here

please try adding one preset config and do not change anything in it.

if the problem is still there,
please enable "I/O monitor" in "Settings",
then return to "HOME" and check the ins and outs of ReaSnow S1 while moving your mouse.

Yes, I did as you asked me and the robot still remains when activating I / O in configurations and returning to the beginning the movements appear when I move the mouse but it remains without moving, only the buttons of the mouse that works,

have your tried other mice?

please provide your mouse model and producer,
together with a video to show us your phone screen,
when the "I/O monitor" is enabled.

we would like to see the ins and outs of ReaSnow S1
when you move your mouse or press its buttons.

btw, if your controller's right stick output data,
when the stick is untouched.
this output will block all data from mouse movement.

Thanks for the help Richard, I came to say that my problem was solved before I did what you asked me to do a factory reset on Reasnow s1, and then I updated it again and everything is normal here thanks,
