Reasnow S1 Not conect

hello, My S1 had stopped communicating via Reasnow manager, an app update message appeared .. after the update was done, the system asked for a firewall update from S1 .. after all the updates my S1 connects,  I can configure the game but the controller does not turn off the light and the keyboard and mouse commands do not apply!  what do I do?  help me please, sorry for the bad english!

1. please enable "I/O monitor" and return to "HOME" UI
to check the ins and outs of ReaSnow S1,
it will help to solve most of the troubles.

2. For PS4:
please change controller's communication method as shown below.
Settings - Devices - Controllers - Communication Method - "Use USB cable"


if above fails to help you, please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LOGO on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripheral should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
5. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?

hello, at first it was really the way of communication of the dualshock .. I selected the option of communication via USB and it returned to work normally!  thank you very much!

my reasnow has latest update , i did everythign correctly ,and once i go to the app to connect reasnow , it says i need latest update , any help pls ?

please download the latest Flash Tool v5.3.95 from here,

and upgrade your S1.
