Flightstick and throttle?

I got a Cross Hair to play Elite Dangerous with a flightstick and throttle on Xbox one.  I have the flightstick mapped to work, but the only way to get my throttle to work is to plug it into the usb port that the flightstick is in.  Is it possible to use both at once?

Hi, can you provide some more details of your flightstick and throttle?
and your connections for them?
