problem connecting the crosshair to the xbox one console
« on: May 12, 2018, 03:36:41 AM »
hi, I took the crosshair from amazon, it arrived new and not damaged. my goal is to use it with the xbox one S using a keyboard and mouse. the problem, however, is that following all the recommended steps and setting everything in the recommended way, I could not make it work. once connected to the console remains access with the white light fixed and do not work neither the keyboard nor the mouse. I followed every step but still does not want to work. I use a Corsair K55 keyboard and a simple wired mouse. I also tried to buy a mouse and keyboard kit CoolerMaster Devastator II but does not change anything and the result is that once connected everything to the console remains in white light and not flashing green as I saw in the guides. please help me. I would like to know if I'm wrong or if my crosshair is faulty  :'( :'( :'(

thanks...

if you got a stable white LOGO on cross hair, that means it finds no controller on its USB port 1,
so you might need a new and qualified USB cable to connect your controller to cross hair.

Hi torres31,
can you provide a video to show us your trouble?
and together with a screenshot of the settings in Cross Hair Manager.
