PUBG developer sais they will ban mouse and keyboard devices

Hi Richard, today a PUBG developer stated that they will ban mouse and keyboard users and their devices. Is there any way we can protect ourselves from something like that?

technically, cross hair will only turn keyboard and mouse into a controller,
your console(xbox one) will feel a controller is plugged into it.

so there is no direct proof you are using keyboard and mouse on console.

but it's better not to activate the macros for a while,
they might have some way to detect them.

Hopefully the crosshair is different enough for the Xim tech as all eyes seem to be on the hunt for that thing :/
