Expert Mode XB1 - Game Mode Switch

Hello, I was confused about the expert mode for xbox one. Does it follow without force feedback, or is the full version only in the V4 manager?
And a question, is it possible to switch game mode with the adapter on the console without a keyboard? By the joystick? I tried logitch G13 without success.
