Issues on avances novamente cod iw

Hey, everytime I try jump pressing space+ w+a my movement is not recognized. But when i jump pressing w+d it works normally. This movement is very important on futuristics cod. Is it a software issue?

1. Cross Hair Manager Version
2. config activated in Cross Hair
3. any special setting for space, w, a?

Im using the lastest version, updated it yesterday. The config im using is from cod iw and ww2. Testes with other profiles and diffferent cods but the error always happen. No one key configurated to wasd or space, im using the default button map. It looks like the pubg error?

but found no problem with space+w+a, jumping ahead on the left.

Strange, when I try to execute this movemente W+A+Space, my character only get down, like laying. I'll record a video when arrive home and post the link here.

while shooting the video, show us the following things:
1. cross hair manager version
2. "restore factory configuration" and add only one config.
    do not change any settings in it.
