How do I turn off or reduce mouse acceleration?

please provide some more details of your conditions:
1. game
2. game console
3. mouse settings
4. curve settings in cross hair
5. config activated in cross hair

Rainbow Six Siege for Xbox One X, I left the mouse settings and curve settings as default, my ads sensitivity is 6 and my hip fire sensitivity is 7

you may try lower the curve in Curve Editor.
it might help you.
