I can't connect my G27 to my XBONE !! help

So ive been heaving issues connecting my G27 to my Xbox one, I have the g27 and the controller plunged in to my cross hair, when i plug my CH in to the xbox it beeps twice and the logo is a solid red. the wheel still turns on and but none of the buttons work and nor the controller. i can still play games with my mouse and keybord, and my software is up to date     

I have a  ps4 as well and and i do not have this problem

if you got a stable red color and 2 beeps that means the connection between controller and crosshair is not stable, please try another qualifies usb cable.

i have used up to 5 different usb cables 1 from xbox the one that came from my ps4 and 3 others i found around the house and the other usbs all work for my ps4 and for using the mouse and keyboard on both consoles 

i have done qite a bit of trouble shooting like turning the controler off and pluging the braided CH cord in to the back and the front of the xbox and having the game on and off.

i also have BF1 on xbox and it works fine.

if you can play BF4 on xbox one,
there should be no problem for your USB cable and the Cross Hair.

1. Make sure you have chosen G27 in the config for your racing game.
2. Are you always facing the same problem "a stable red LOGO and beep twice continousely"?
    Is this the only problem you met when trying to use G27?
3. Are you sure you got no similar problem while using keyboard and mouse to play other games.

I only  come across an issue with the Xbox one S and not an issue with the Ps4
No this is the first time I've had an issue with the g27 or and the CH
Dose it make a difference if it's a Xbox one S

yes so the update fix the problem withe the wheel
do you know if a game supports a wheel i use a g27 with the game or is there something more to it
i know about and under stand the legacy and expert mode

glad to know your problem is solved.

as for the supported wheels, there is meaningless to check this for legacy mode support, which turns.your wheel into a controller.

im not sure what you are trying to say.
I would just like to know what games are suported in export mode because i do not want to go and spend money and not know if it works
