Deathadder CANNOT work on Cross Hair

I have some problems with my deathadder 2013, it just cannot work on the cross hair. When I plug it, the light of the mouse turned on and Cross Hair works normally. But ingame nothing happens when I move the mouse or I click both of the mouse bottom. However, my Sensie Raw works pretty well on the Cross Hair, but I cannot bear the in-built acceleration of the laser-sensors.
Could you please help me to solving this problem?

Are you using Cross Hair Manager V1.43.18?

I have updated the manager and also the device. But it still have the same problem. How do I fix it? The deathadder works normally in my computer .

can you send us a full info of your Cross Hair, which can be get by the "question mark" in Cross Hair Manager's UI.

and the Hip and Ads value in this config?

HIP and ADS sensitivity are 14 and 22 respectively. And I'm using PS4 for playing

hi, we have several similar reports on deathadder 2013,
some of them can not provide qualified and stable signal,
so it can not be recognised by our converter.

You might not meet similar problem on PC,
these two systems have different requirement for qualified signals.

we have no better solution to that,
