PS4 PRO problem RED LIGHT and 3 BEEP BEEP BEEP

hello...please help i plugged in the Cross Hair after i bought the PS4 and it doesnt start up...fix red logo and 3 times BEEP repeated....what could it be?

make sure you are using our latest version V1.45.2, which can be downloaded from here:

if you still face the same problem, please try a new and qualified USB cable for your PS4 Pro's contoller.

thank you for the super fast reply...i would assume i have the latest firmware installed (i bought the Cross hair less than 12 months ago) but i will check....i thought it was a PS4 PRO compatibility thing because with the normal PS4 it was working fine and this is the first time i plug it in with the PS4 PRO so maybe its something to do with the controller...the USB cable is the original out of the box one maybe the controller is only wireless and the cable is only for charging....if that is the case what can i do? do i have to go buy a wired controller? i don't think they exist original....

1. firstly, please download our latest version V1.45.2, and upgrade our Cross Hair by it.
    we generally upgrade our firmware every one or two months.

   A firmware released 12 months ago will,  of course, not support PS4 Pro.

2. there is no need to buy a wired controller,
you can try a new and qualified micro usb cable, which is used for your phone or other devices.

3. A setting suggestion for PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro.
To keep controller’s connection to Cross Hair stable, we suggest users should do the
following setting on console.
Settings->Devices->Controllers->Communication Method->"Use USB cable"
 
This setting is only effective for PS4 Slim Controller and PS4 Pro Controller!
