I am just writing to ask about the Nintendo Switch. We are trying to use a PS4 controller and a Don Johnston switch interface via the Cross Hair for the Switch. Previously, we have had no issues doing this with the Cross Hair on the Switch but now it is not working.
We have the PS4 controller plugged into one of the bottom USB slots on the Cross Hair. We have the switch interface plugged into one of the bottom USB ports. We have nothing plugged into the side USB port. We have updated the Cross Hair, and have updated the Switch console. We are using a good quality micro USB cable. We have tried this set up both with and without the Switch interface. We have also tried is by pluggig the PS4 controller into the side USB port on the Cross Hair to see if it would help. However we try it, the Cross Hair is flashing multiple colours constantly, the PS4 controller either flashes or is constantly lit up in a yellow light. But the controller will not work, and the Cross Hair will not stop flashing. It is not beeping. We have tried this with more than one Cross Hair but with the same results
Do you have any advice, please?
