touchpad button replacement problem!

I have a PS4 console, but my controller's touchpad button can not work.
So I think it's possible to use Cross Hair as a translator to use TAB key on keyboard
as a replacement of touchpad button.

Do you mean there is some problem with your controller's touchpad button too,
when you are using the controller wirelessly without Cross Hair?

Yes, I can't use the touchpad button even without Cross hair.

Then I am guessing that your touchpad button maybe are sending out error data, and this error data will cause failure for Cross Hair for trying to replace TAB key as touchpad button.
